Hot water is provided by a boiler located in the laundry area in the balcony.
The plant is already set up and running for the current season.
Heating control The same boiler also provides water for heating. To operate the heating just use the control panel located behind the door in the hallway.
Temperature adjustment To turn it on you need to press the white area near the + symbol and once it reaches 21 degrees the heating will start to work and you can set your temperature. It will be on for an hour then it will turn off and you can decide to leave it like that or to turn it on again.
Hot water issues In the event there is no hot water at the apartment please contact our Staff.
